Open call został ogłoszony w tym roku po raz pierwszy. Wpłynęło ponad 50 zgłoszeń z całego świata. Poziom prezentacji był bardzo wysoki, dlatego też zdecydowaliśmy się udostępnić wszystkie zgłoszenia publiczności festiwalowej w formie Biblioteki obrzeży, która ma jednocześnie stać się multimedialną definicją tego pojęcia. Z pośród nadesłanych prac wybraliśmy 12, które zaprezentowane zostaną w kinie MCK 5.12.2009 o godz. 18:00. Oto nazwiska artystów występujących w pokazie specjalnym:

These are the artists selected from the OPEN CALL application for the screening at mikro_makro festival on 5'th of December 2009. Althouh all the submisions, that we had recived will be avaliable for the public as a free Library of Peripheries- a multimedia definition of this term.
